New Methods for Earning XP

Skelun's XP Reward System introduces a variety of new methods for earning XP in Minecraft. Now, you can earn XP by mining, cutting, digging, farming, boating, traveling, and more! This data pack is perfect for players who enjoy the more relaxed aspects of Minecraft, such as building and exploration, but still want to earn XP to enchant their tools and gear.

Balancing Rules

To ensure that the new XP earning methods are balanced and fair, Skelun's XP Reward System includes a set of rules:

• To receive XP by Mining, Cutting, Digging or Farming you must be using the appropriate tool;
• You receive less XP for boating if you're on ice;
• You receive less XP for traveling, in general, if you have the Speed buff;
• You receive less XP for certain enchantments in specific conditions (e.g.: having Depth Strider and walking underwater)

How to Install and Use Skelun's XP Reward System

To install the latest version of Skelun's XP Reward System, follow these simple steps:

• With Minecraft closed, delete the previous data pack zip file from your world/server save.
• Paste the new version of the data pack into your world/server save.
• Run Minecraft and inside your world run this command: /function sklps:uninstall
• Wait for the uninstalled message to show in chat, then run this command: /function sklps:start

Mod Compatibility and Customization

Skelun's XP Reward System does not currently include any modded tool or mod support. However, Skelun is open to adding Fabric mod support upon request. The data pack is confirmed to work with Diggus Maximus. If you plan on using Skelun's XP Reward System as a foundation for your own project, simply credit Skelun and tag them if possible.
